| How is my poster(s) shipped? |
| All posters are carefully rolled and packaged in a poster cardboard mailing tube or triangular box to prevent damage during transit. |

| When should I expect to receive my shipment? |
|
All orders
are processed within 48 hours upon receipt. In-Stock
posters are shipped within 2-3 days. OUT OF
STOCK posters or ON BACKORDER will
be shipped once they are restocked (usually 2 to 4 weeks). |

A Delivery
Confirmation number will be e-mailed to you when your order is shipped.
Copy the number, click on the USPS link and paste or type in number
in the corresponding box. |

| Can I use a different shipping method? |
| Yes, if you're a business with an established UPS, FedEx or Airborne account, please send us the account number, company name, phone number and a point of contact. The shipping and handling charge on your order will be credited. A small handling fee will be charged on all orders depending on the quantity ordered. | Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. The same shipping and handling rate is used. |

| How do I return a damaged shipment? Incorrect Order? |

Queen Creek AZ, 85242. All customers should report damage or incorrect order as soon as possible so we can make arrangements for either refund or replacement.
