How is my poster(s) shipped?
All posters are carefully rolled and packaged in a poster cardboard mailing tube or triangular box to prevent damage during transit.

When should I expect to receive my shipment?

All orders are processed within 48 hours upon receipt. In-Stock posters are shipped within 2-3 days. OUT OF STOCK posters or ON BACKORDER will be shipped once they are restocked (usually 2 to 4 weeks).
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we may hold the rest of your items until the item is restocked. As soon as it arrives in our warehouse, we will ship your order complete to you in one shipment.
All orders are shipped US Priority Mail (delivery in 2 to 5 days) with Delivery Confirmation. If you provide a valid e-mail address when ordering, a notification, including a Delivery Confirmation number, will be sent when the shipment occurs. You can easily track the delivery of your shipment online at USPS - Track & Confirm. A Delivery Confirmation number will be e-mailed to you when your order is shipped. Copy the number, click on the USPS link and paste or type in number in the corresponding box.

Can I use a different shipping method?
Yes, if you're a business with an established UPS, FedEx or Airborne account, please send us the account number, company name, phone number and a point of contact. The shipping and handling charge on your order will be credited. A small handling fee will be charged on all orders depending on the quantity ordered. Do you ship to PO Boxes & APO FPO?
Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. The same shipping and handling rate is used.

Return Policy
Cyber Cinema wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to make a return, please be aware of the following guidelines.
  • Poster(s) must be returned within 30 days
  • Poster(s) must be returned in the original condition (MINT) and packaging
  • Poster(s) must have been purchased from Cyber Cinema
  • We will then refund the purchase price of the poster(s). Shipping & handling are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Poster(s) must be returned to: Cyber Cinema, 18521 E. Queen Creek Rd. Suite 105-242, Queen Creek AZ, AZ 85242. Please include receipt (or a note) with your name, phone number, and reason for returning the poster(s).

  • How do I return a damaged shipment? Incorrect Order?
    If package appears damaged, DO NOT OPEN! Please refuse delivery of damaged packages and return to sender to: Cyber Cinema, Cyber-Cinema 18521 East Queen Creek Rd. Suite 105-242. Queen Creek AZ, 85242. All customers should report damage or incorrect order as soon as possible so we can make arrangements for either refund or replacement.
